The
two US charts
The
"People's chart"
There
are two astrological charts which are relevant for the United States.
One is quite popular, it also goes by the name "Sibley chart".
It is cast for July 4, 1776, the Declaration of Independence. It is
very indicative to know that in reality nothing of import happened
on that very day - only in 1778, two years later, for the first time
this day was celebrated as a National birthday (source: Campion
- " Book of World Horoscopes").
This
July 4, 1776, chart often has been called the "People's chart",
and this is very much matching with my own experience. Besides the
Cancer Sun this chart contains a Void-of-Course (VOC) Moon. (For

And as if not enough of weakness, Mercury is retrograde in Cancer,
and the signs Pisces and Virgo intercepted in the third and ninth
house, which rule perception and communication!
This
is not the chart of a world super power, but rather the reflection
of a confused state of mind, cut off from its roots (VOC Moon
in Aquarius), mentally insecure and therefore easy to deceive (Mercury
retrograde in Cancer).
The
"Government's chart"
This second chart is cast for
November 15, 1777, and was first brought to public attention by
the American astrologer David Solte. He did some extensive research,
finding that on tthis 15th day of November 1777, the intention which
had been born in July 1776, finally had come to its conclusive
peak. Solte found that it was on November 15, 1777, that the new
constitution came into power. This was the day it passed and
was signed by the delegates of all the thirteen States. This chart
very much reflects the US government, the hidden powers behind the
scene.
It is very
typical that this chart has the Sun in Scorpio, the most secretive
and concealed sign of all the twleve. Besides a Mercury/Saturn conjunction,
also in Scorpio, which manifests in controlling and holding
together, representing the 'master-mind' of intrigues and manipulations.,
there is a conjunction of Mars with the Lunar South Node in the
sign of Capricorn - showing an immense need to be on top of everything.
This conjunction strongly relates to the military superpower adopting
the role of global policeforce.
It is very
interesting that this chart has the same two intercepted signs as
the above "People's chart" - Pisces and Virgo, this
time occupying the first and seventh house., which often display
in a distorted perception of how one presents oneself and relates
with others.

A very

The progressed
Moon of the November 15, 1777 chart shows that the government's
achilles heel is very much exposed for the two months to come.
Their temporary confusion and weakness gives a unique opportunity
for the American people to put their foot into the door. To say,
the progressed Moon of the American government is in a VOC state
between November 17 and December 23, in late Virgo. Right now,
for the ten days up to November 17, the progressed Moon passes
over their natal Neptune at 28 Virgo 43. This seems to be
one of the best chances ever to catch them red-handed. This Neptune-Moon
contact is diminishing their clear vision and dimming their ability
to perceive reality. This already is happening - they definitely
have gone a few steps too far, playing at too high stakes, underestimating
the intelligence of their people.
Yes,
they sure are panicking, because they see how fast the general
public is becoming more conscious. All too clearly they realize
that they lose control, that increasing numbers of people do not
buy into their manipulative tricks any longer. But they won't
let go so easily. We all know, nothing is more dangerous than
a wounded animal. But their empire is collapsing on so many front
lines simultaneously, they are totally overwhelmed by the pace
of things unfolding.
By the
way, another expression of that progressed Moon connecting with
Neptune is the whole theme of fraud and deception. We can simply
hope that there will be such an avalanche of uproar and protest
that they finally have to harvest what they have sown.
